Apparently, in the local press, the city of Simi Valley will be cancelling a few local venues that make them famous such as their Cajun Festival among them. They are saying it will save them money. Is this wise?

I would think it's a great way to piss off a ton of people that enjoy this kind of thing. I guess it will be talked about Monday night at their meeting. Will someone speak about the city atty making payouts PAST the statute of limitations? Oh well, its only money.

With financial controls like that, maybe that's why the city is cancelling shows. But don't the shows bring IN money for the city? I'm asking, ok?
