I just sent this in to a company that makes POD coffee cups as an alternative to the KEURIG type pods. My new KEURIG won't work with alternative cups. They MUST BE APPROVED CUPS. This company promised a fix.
Good morning! I am constantly reading the endorsements from others who wish to use the alternative coffee cups they had purchased prior to buying the newest Keurig brewer. I found out the hard way that I could not use 3 80 count boxes of coffee I had purchased. So I delighted when I read on line about your "freedom clip"! So I tried some of your samples to get the freedom clip. Worked great. For 2 days. Then it fell out. Wow. I must have not secured it. Wrong! I bent the small section back into an "L" shape and re clipped it into place. Same thing. I asked my neighbor to look at it. It was installed the same way he did his. Damn! Alright, I was not about to throw out 3 boxes of coffee so I used super glue on the clip. It worked for about a week. Now I won't put down your coffee as it's pretty good but the fact that you changed your packaging for your pods tells me you have had MANY complaints. I will CONSIDER buying this new machine you are flaunting if I am convinced I can use ANY other brand of plastic pod coffee in it. Such as Greem Mountain Coffee. I await your response. Thank you.
