POPEYES FRIED CHICKEN

HERE IS WHAT I JUST SENT CORPORATE OFFICE.

My wife and I arrived for a first time experience at the Popeyes in Kissimmee, fl. While waiting to order (it was slow) I could not help but notice the dirty and unclean floor in the counter area on the service side. I had not been swept or mopped in a long time. Directly under the stainless table, was a potential breeding ground for bacteria. My wife and I were hungry so I said let's just eat and leave. While waiting for the order to be prepared, on of the cashier staff came out with a clear plastic bucket of ice to fill the soda dispenser. She accidentally dropped the entire thing in the dispenser. She was short, so I reached n and pulled it out. I pointed out that the ice was now unclean and she should dump it. She didn't so I spoke to the mgr who made me wait due to other drive in customers. I informed him of the problem and he said he would get to it "in a bit". I said no, please do it now,and give me a copy of your latest health inspection. He refused even when I told him it's state law. His attitude was flippant and rude. I wish to be sent the last 2 health inspections on this restaurant. The mgr I spoke with was over 6' tall and African-American. Prior to my sending this to tv stations 2 and 9 in Orlando, it would be nice to see the situation cleaned up and corrected.
